Article 27

- Everyone has the right to education. The freedom of teaching.​
- Education shall be directed to the full development of human personality on respect for democratic principles of coexistence and the rights and fundamental freedoms.​
- The public authorities guarantee the right of parents to attend their children receive religious and moral instruction in accordance with their own convictions.​
- Basic education is compulsory and free.
